Constance is the Managing Director of Second Century Ventures, the strategic investment arm of the National Association of Realtors® and the founder and Managing Director of REach™, it’s technology accelerator program.

She leads all investment activity for SCV and is active on all of SCV portfolio companies’ boards including DocuSign and Ifbphone.

Constance serves on the Advisory Board for the National Venture Capital Association’s Corporate Venturing Group and on the board for the non-profit, From the Top. Constance earned a BS from Boston University and a MBA from Harvard Business School.
