Prior to Rapleaf, Phil was the President of ConsumerBase where he ran their data division and digital agency. Prior to ConsumerBase, Phil was the SVP / HD of the newly formed online division of Equifax. Before Equifax, Phil was part of the management team that took Daleen Technologies public.

Phil holds his BS from Vanderbilt University.
